I've been pretty good over the last couple of months. My weight has not recovered like it did last year, hovering around 79-80 kms. That may in part also be due to the much larger amount of cycling I have been doing compared to last year. Easily double. I'm having 2-3 movements a day. The stools vary between good and soft with the occational loose stool. Urgency is generally low with the occational medium moments. I haven't had to run in a long time. I'm still experiencing a fair amount of gas which doesn't seem to be due to the probiotics I was taking as I went off them for awhile. Unfortunately I'm not as bulletproof as I felt last year after the treatment, reacting more to carb foods, sweet foods and alcohol. I've been eating mostly meat, eggs and veges with some fruit. My sinuses have cleared up with the combination of removing wheat and dairy from my diet. Not sure which one is most at fault or whether they're both as bad. Also, on this diet I find my appetite is much better regulated. When eating carbs I feel hungry alot and tend to eat a lot more.
Overall, when I reflect on my symptoms of a year and a half ago before my first treatment, the improvement has been dramatic and very beneficial. It makes life much more pleasant and easier. One nice improvement now is that the need for my first bowel movement of the day tends to be mid morning. Not the moment I wake up, and then again half way to work on the train.
Cheers :-)
